Regarding the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on April 26, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Shareholders Meeting"), we notify investors who hold our ADRs (hereinafter referred to as the "ADR Holders") that the proxy voting card (hereinafter referred to as the "Proxy Voting Card") sent to ADR Holders by the depositary bank or its affiliates providing the ADR program may contain misleading statements.
The Proxy Voting Card may contain statements assuming that ADR Holders will be able to attend the Shareholders Meeting in person. However, since ADR Holders are not shareholders, ADR Holders will not be able to attend the Shareholders Meeting in person.
Therefore, even if ADR Holders bring their Proxy Voting Card to the venue, we afraid we have to refuse the entry. ADR Holders have the right to exercise their voting rights at the Shareholders Meeting. For specific procedures to exercise the voting rights, please contact securities company or financial institution in which you deposit your ADRs.
